Client Brief - Tavistock Financial
The customer, Tavistock Financial plc, in conjunction with an event management company had designed a Team Building event at an hotel in Cheltenham. Pinhole Images were a asked to provide the Pod Photobooth for 5.5 hours as part of the evening entertainment. The theme was "Casino Royale". The customer planned to transform a room that had been used during the day for presentations into a casino for the evening complete with poker tables and croupiers. In the foyer the Photobooth would provide entertainment for guests.
The key points were:
* Short setup time within the constraints of the event timings
* The evening theme to be a surprise for the delegates
* Themed props
* Fun and entertaining photobooth
The client did not require any logo or wording on the photos. They wanted high quality 6" x 4" output with a dark background.
The event was a great success and the feedback from the Director responsible for organising the event summarised how they viewed our Pod Photobooth as follows:
"Excellent service from @pinholeimages on Thursday evening. If you are looking for a fun way to capture your evening, look no further!"
and from the administrator of the event -
"The photos look amazing! Everyone had a marvelous time – you and Peter did an amazing job! We’ll definitely be in touch for future events."
If you are looking for a way for capturing photographs of your customers or clients, the Pod Photobooth can provide a focal point for the evening entertainment. On screen images of the photos that have been taken, re-printing and sharing to email via a second screen add to the "entertainment" value of the Pod, beyond that of the standard photobooth.
The Pod is fast too so queues are minimised. Instant prints can also be used to capture guests as they arrive with or without props. Compared to a normal event photographer, it is faster for customers to get their prints and generally preferred by customers as they can check their pose before the photo is taken, unlike with an event photographer.
Instant prints give everyone a wonderful memento of your evening.
Large Corporate Client - Internal Event - ExCel London
Pinhole Images were engaged by a large corporate client to provide roaming photography and photobooth for an internal event at the ExCel Exhibition Centre, London.
The event was held in the Platinum Suite for 400 employees. At the top of the escalator, the Pod was setup to capture photographs of employees which will be used later for web-based profiles and newsletters.

Photo Cart for Weddings
Our Photo Cart is most definitely at home at Weddings! We designed it to fit beautifully with lovely decor, to be customisable with roof fabrics to match a theme, to be open style so that everyone can see the fun and with lots of vintage and modern props, or themed for your special day (are you thinking Star Wars, James Bond, or ? Let us know!)
We have bunting to match all of the roof options.
At the London Wedding Party shown here, the Bride and Groom were opera singers. There were definitely some professional looking photos at that wedding party by the time they'd finished. Great fun although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't do karaoke!
We will discuss setup and breakdown with you to ensure that we fit in with the plans for your big day. We have a pdf of a layout plan that we can send you and / or the venue to ensure the space we need is going to work at the venue.
We prefer ground floor setup and if this not the case we would need to discuss access. The London venue shown here was on the first floor and access was fine but it will need checking and we would need to confirm before taking your booking. We like to allow two hours for setup.
We have public liability insurance and sometimes we need to send that through to the venue in advance.
Occasionally we will visit a venue to check that everything is going to work.
For example, we were asked about a booking at The Nash, Worcestershire which is an Elizabethan Manor House. Fabulous venue but limited space. We visited, discussed with the owner, checked there was a 13amp plug socket (there was only one in the entire hall!) and where best to located the Cart, etc. We're rather looking forward to having a few stuffed antlers in the background to the photos along with linen-fold oak panelling.

Pod Photobooth for Weddings, Parties and Events
The Pinhole Pod provides Photo Booth and Sharing screens for Weddings, Events and Parties.
The Pod takes up slightly less space than our Photo Cart. The large touchscreens are on the front and back whereas on the Photo Cart they are located on the front (Photobooth) and either side.
We can email a pdf of the Pod layout showing measurements if you need to check with your venue. The Pod has been used for Weddings, Parties, Corporate Events, Team-building, Charity Events, Anniversaries and Christmas Parties. People love it because it looks different to a conventional enclosed plastic booth. The Pod has an aluminium frame, pinhole covering and steel base. It definitely looks the business!
The LED lights that illuminate the bottom section can be matched to your event or colour-changing (perfect for Christmas!).
